Wells is about 2 1/2 hours southeast of Prince George, <1 hour east of Quesnel, and 10 minutes west of Barkerville Historic Town on Hwy 26 in B.C.'s north Cariboo. Bowron Lake Provincial Park is another half hour from Wells.
