The board consistently recieved creative information and solutions from the public regarding issues, but never entered in to dialogue or offerred meaningful analysis or criticism of the suggestions. The nature of discussions regarding options for the district has been kept secret from the public. All discussion has been held in-camera and only the conclusions have been announced publicly.
